Microsoft has been working on a new version of Windows 10 for a long time, Windows 10 X.
It was initially thought that the new operating system would be introduced in 2020, but this did not happen and the company decided to introduce it after various changes.
Windows 10 is now expected to be released in the second quarter of next year.
The operating system will be based primarily on the Windows 10 Core operating system and details have begun to leak.
According to a new report, Windows 10X is being given a new standby feature by Microsoft which will provide instant on and all way connected facility.
Currently, most laptops running Windows take some time to get out of sleep mode.
But the name Instant On indicates that the company is providing the facility to use the system as soon as the laptop is turned on.
As far as the Allways Connected feature is concerned, this feature will make it possible to disable apps in the background even during lap mode.
This will be a useful feature for emails like this app and it is said that most Windows Store apps will be able to work under this feature.
Many other features and older features in Windows 10 X will be improved, such as the new File Explorer.
It is believed that Windows 10X was designed for dual-screen and foldable devices, but then the company said that the initial release will focus on single-screen devices.
