Open Windows 7 command prompt as an administrator. Type and press these command
“Diskpart”
“list disk” (to locate USB as disk 1,2 or 3)
“Select disk” (e.g. 1, 2 or 3)
“clean” (format drive)
“create partition primary” (set USB as primary partition)
“active” (make partition active)
“format fs=fat32 quick” (convert USB partition as FAT32)
“assign” (enter drive letter)
