Microsoft will unveil the new generation New Windows operating system 10X on June 24 during a virtual event. This was announced in a statement issued by the company on June 2.
CEO Satya Nadella and Chief Product Officer Panos Pane will be presenting a redesigned version of Windows 10, which was hinted at by Satya Nadella a few days ago.
Rumors of a new Windows operating system have been circulating since last year, codenamed Num Sun Valley.
But in May, Satya Nadella confirmed during the Microsoft Blood Developer Conference that the most important update to Windows in a decade was being made.
According to various rumors, the update will introduce a redesigned smart menu, action center, file explorer and taskbar while modernizing the operating system.
In addition, a number of new features will be part of the operating system.
“I have been using it for the last few months and I am very excited about the new generation Windows operating system,” Nadella was quoted as saying.
The last time Microsoft introduced a new operating system in the form of Windows 10 was in 2015, which replaced Windows 8.1.
It is difficult to say how long the new operating system will be available to users, but according to various reports, its initial form may be released by the end of 2021.
